Enhanced Rightmove listings –
Featured listings cost just £90 for one weeks exposure at the top of the page.
Premium listing are available for £90 for 3 months.
We also offer a combined package offering both Featured and Premium options for £150
EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates) –
In the majority of cases, and property being sold or rented must have had an EPC certificate within the last 10 years. If one is needed and you want us to arrange this then an additional cost of £60 payable upfront is required before we are able to list the property.
