We reserve the right to offer all 3 options, or only 1 or 2, to a client depending on whats best for them and the viability of the specific package in the circumstances. In the majority of cases a client will be able to chose which suits them best. We will do our best to beat any other genuine estate agents quote.
1) PAY £200 NOW MARKETING COSTS – + FIXED FEE ON COMPLETION – ONLY 0.60% And NO VAT (subject to minimum of £795 on completion)

Accompanied viewings aren’t included but are an optional extra (see below).

Enhanced Rightmove listings –
Featured listings cost just £90 for one weeks exposure at the top of the page.
Premium listing are available for £90 for 3 months.
We also offer a combined package offering both Featured and Premium options for £150
EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates) –
In the majority of cases, and property being sold or rented must have had an EPC certificate within the last 10 years. If one is needed and you want us to arrange this then an additional cost of £90 payable upfront is required before we are able to list the property. 2) PAY ON COMPLETION – ONLY 0.80% And NO VAT (subject to minimum of £995 on completion)
